Tower Services?

Northpoint Construction and Tower Services LLC has an interesting beginning. The company today started as Wild Horses Technologies Corp., which was formed in November 2017. It was the result of three years of planning and organization. In 2020 during Covid, Wild Horses Technologies was closed and restructured to move the company in a new direction, the result was the formation of Northpoint Construction and Tower Services LLC.

Today we are going strong with approximately 35 crews working throughout the United States. We have diversified the company to offer Outreach Safety Instruction Programs in RF Awareness and OSHA. We are a part of the NATE/FCC/OSHA Boards and an active voting member of NATE. Our Safety Program has been used by NATE as the base of the standards they are now developing.
Our list of growing Clients includes AT&T, Vertical Bridge, Tillman, Owl Services, Francis Energy, AEP, TVA, Phoenix International, Saber, Dialight, Drake Lighting, and Flash Tech.

CEO - Carey Bailey
Carey is the WBE and Native American side of Northpoint. She has an extensive background in Telecom and Construction, she comes from a family whose foundations are in Structural Steel and Electrical. Her familthey were the founders of Bethlehem Steel and her maternal grandfather was a master electrician who was responsible for the building and operating of Kentucky Dam and Barkley Lake Dam in Kentucky. She brings over 35 years of General construction experience to the table, which includes almost 20 years in Telecommunications – working directly for AT&T and Verizon as one of their Sr Field/PM managers. She is certified at a NATE Level 2 Voting member as well as being a Rail Safe certified trainer; RF Awareness Instructor and OSHA 500/5responsible10 outreach instructor. She currently serves a position on the Nate/FCC/OSHA Boards.

President - Nathan Pettit

Nathan is the Military Veteran side of Northpoint. He is an Electrician out of the Georgia IBEW, currently testing for his Master’s Electrical license. He has been in Telecommunications since the early 90’s, stacking towers and working in Cellular and Broadcast.

Sr Project Manager - Dave Talley

Dave comes to Northpoint after working in the Telecom Industry since 2000. He started out working with Delmarva Power for 10 years, then transferred to telecom with SBA for 9 years, and American Tower for 15 years.

​​
George brings over 50 years of Electrical background to this company. He is very well known in the Telecom industry.

Our Capabilities
Tower Build Crews – Comprised of 4 Certified Competent Climbers and Riggers on each crew.
These crews perform Structural Modifications, as well as all Tower work – including New Site Builds; Carrier add on and L&A upgrades
​​Civil Crews – these are 3-man crews with one Electrician for power plant work
Tiger Teams – these are 2-man crews capable of Tower mapping, TIA inspections, Maintenance work.
Integration teams
All Crews are knowledgeable in both Nokia and Ericsson equipment
NCT is certified vendor for Crown Castle, American Tower and SBA
Crews are knowledgeable and experienced in Tower lighting and re-lamping. They are experienced in Dialight; TWR ; Flash Technology
